Organisation (Legal Entity) Alerts (Modals)

There are three Alerts (Modals) which may be displayed within the Organisation (Legal Entity),


The Previous BMS ID Alert (Modal) is displayed when Save is selected after entering a value into Previous BMS ID.

To resolve this query, either Send an Update Event to the ATO or  Remove the Organisation's Previous BMS ID.

 


Change FAST-Pay Payee ID Alert (Modal)

The Change FAST-Pay Payee ID Alert (Modal) is displayed when the Use the following as the Payee ID selection is changed.

To accept the change, select Yes. Otherwise, select No.

 


e-Time (Timesheets) Import Settings Alert (Modal)

The e-Time (Timesheets) Import Settings Alert (Modal) is displayed when Configure is selected next to Import Times from.

 

 

The Section Tabs Detail the options available; Generic Text File and ACTAtek.

 

Format allows you to select from the options we have included.

 

Field Name Header lets you choose if your Import File contains a header record.

 

Qualify allows you to choose if the data within the file contains a Qualifier at the beginning and end of a data segment. (e.g., "John-Jacob").


Qualifier allows you to choose the character that indicates this is a data segment. 

 

Delimiter lets you choose the character to separate the data within each file line.


Date Format allows you to choose how the date is displayed within the file.

 

Time Format allows you to choose how the time is displayed within the file.

 

Depending on the format selected, we provide the ability to enter the relevant column numbers (in a comma-separated list) that represent the position of the data in your import file.
