Navigate to the Profile menu, then select Start Remote Support when directed by our e-PayDay Support Personnel to open our Remote Desktop Resource (set.me).

Select Download SetMe Client.

Select the downloaded SetMe Client.exe to run.

Select Yes when you are asked to install the application, then advise the e-PayDay Support Personnel of the number you are presented with.
