🎯 Document Management (Files) is the third section in e-Personnel (HR) and enables you to upload and manage important employment documents in the Payees Master File.
Choose File allows you to select the file or document you want to upload. Upload enables you to add the file or document to the Payee Master File.
The File/Document List enables you to view, download and delete previously uploaded files or documents.
Show X entries allows you to select how many files or documents you would like displayed per page.
Pagination Controls allow you to navigate between the pages of files or documents.
