The e-Time (Timesheets) Import Settings Alert (Modal) is displayed when Configure is selected next to Import Times from.

Format allows you to select from the options we have included;

• 1 Date and 1 Time per Line.
• 1 Dats and 2 Times per Line.
• 1 Date and 4 Times per Line.
• 1 Date and 8 Times per Line.
• 2 Dates and 2 Times per Line.
• 1 Combined Date and Time per Line.
• 2 Combined Dates and Times per Line.

Field Name Header allows you to choose if your Import File contains a header record.

Qualify allows you to choose if the data within the file contains a Qualifier at the beginning and end of a segment of data. (e.g., "John-Jacob").

Qualifier allows you to choose the character used to indicate this is a segment of data. 

Delimiter allows you to choose the character used to separate the data within each line of the file.

Date Format allows you to choose how the date is displayed within the file.

Time Format allows you to choose how the time is displayed within the file.

Depending on the format selected, we provide the ability to enter the relevant column numbers (in a comma-separated list) that represent the position of the data in your import file.
